Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
✅ Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- All original packaging, documentation, and components must be included
- Item must not have been exposed to fuel, pressure, or outdoor installation
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Installed or used propane equipment
- Tanks (ASME or DOT) once shipped
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
📦 Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For heavy or freight items (tanks, pipe, etc.), return shipping may be significant and must be arranged by the customer
💰 Restocking Fee
- A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on item type and condition
- Restocking fees are deducted from the refund
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of packaging and product
- We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no cost to you
🔄 Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval
- Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt of return
🔧 Safety Notice
Due to the nature of propane equipment, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been installed, pressurized, or used in a gas system.
